Community Counseling and Mediation (CCM), Georgia’s Place, located at 961 Prospect Place (at Bedford Avenue), has one low-income apartment available for an individual whose income falls between the range of $24,800 to 33,660 annually. CCM has been trying to find an occupant for the apartment since January 2012 to no avail.
