All members of the public are invited to attend an informational lecture on the mediation process, and how mediation may be a better alternative than formal court or administrative proceedings.

A panel of experts including mediation practitioners, trainers and educators, and program administrators will explain how to avoid costly proceedings by mediating neighbor disputes, family matters, special education needs, attorney client disputes and even criminal cases:

The Health & Harvest Fair is a fun, family-oriented event that will provide good food, medical screenings, and healthy living resources to our neighbors in Prospect Heights and Crown Heights. There will be health screenings, local health practitioners, and resources to help you find healthy affordable food in your neighborhood.
There will be FREE food giveaways, FREE massages, cooking demos, martial arts and yoga, live music, a free-throw basketball competition and children’s games and activities. This a great opportunity for you to get to know your neighbors and meet local businesses and organizations committed to improving your health!

Crown Heights Community Mediation Center will be hosting a FREE breast cancer screening van at 256 Kingston Avenue next week on June 13th, from 10am-5pm
